Absolutely the best. I have talked to a number of agents over the years but never have I come across one like Maryland. I met her years ago while handling my deceased brothers affairs. She was more than happy to help and took the time to answer questions and help me understand realestate. She is a true Saint. A year later I purchased a home but was talked in to using a realtor my credit union recommended "not a great experience". Being a fairly small town, I would run across Maryland from time to time and I was always met with her great smile and cheerfull attitude. She always asked me about my family and how we were doing. When it came time to sell my house one person came to mind "Maryland" and what a great experience it was. She was always pacient with me and more than happy to take the time to explain till I fully understood. Unlike the agent from my credit union.
