I had lived in Pinellas Park, FL for around six years but missed my friends in Calif. and disliked humidity and hurricanes. I decided to move to Las Vegas and chose Sun City Summerlin a 55+ community with loads of activities and is close to Long Beach where I previously lived. It was a pleasure to do business with Maryellen Waskiewicz. She was referred to me by a friend of mine that she had done business with before. She was fast proficient after I signed the paper to list my house. No more then 2 days there was a sign in my front yard and she had given me a short list of a of a few things that she thought would help sell the house faster. She has some good advise some i took and some I didn't. But I will say thank you I'm very happy. I would have to go back and look but I think from the time we listed the house it was closed. Within 90 days. She had her open houses and would put signs everywhere. Always in contact with me letting me know if anyone had looked at the house and followed up with them after the showing to see how interested they were. Couldn't have asked for better service. If I have to sell again I would definitely use her office again.
