MaryEllen helped the reviewer sell this property

Places client needs above her own...detailed...prompt...filled with integrity, compassion, humor!

MaryEllen sold my condo at almost 20% above list in 2 days. The prep and sale was fast-paced, but MaryEllen was cool as a cucumber, ready for anything and everything: tons of paperwork, deadlines, numerous showings and offers and various personalities. MaryEllen handled everyone, including me, with grace, kindness, professionalism, spontaneity and humor. She was always organized and detailed in each step in the process, prompt with meetings or deadlines, and compassionate with a stressed-out seller. Even after the sale when I have moved across the country, she continues to check on my well-being. MaryEllen understands that real estate is not just about making a sale. It is about relationships. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know buying/selling in the Santa Fe market. MaryEllen is the real deal, and she can help you with one, too.
