Mel was the listing agent when we bought our little cabin and knew she would be the best person to sell it again, didn’t even have to think about who to contact. She’s very knowledgeable about the area and brought us a quick sale. She very personable and was always available when we had questions about the process. If you are looking for a professional to sell your property look no farther, Mel is the one to get the job done. The real bonus is she feels like a friend not just a realtor selling a property!

Mary Ellen listed my house and two days later an offer was made and accepted well over the listed price. She was knowledgable, dedicated and so professional thru it all. It was because of her determination the sale went through quickly and easily. I have her to thank for that. I highly recommend Mary Ellen to all who are looking to buy or sell a home.
