Selecting a real estate agent is never easy, as there are so many to choose from. This is our second time dealing with Maryclare Pulte from Sotheby’s, and both times it was a very pleasant experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to represent us when buying and also when selling! Our most recent experience was listing our Birmingham home with Maryclare. She helped us to evaluate the local comps and the improvements we made to the house. We came up with a fair listing price, and then we left it to her. Maryclare hosted dozens of open houses, invited other agents thru, and we had a steady flow of potential customers. She always called after the showings to give us feedback, both good and bad. We had many comments that the yard needed updating. Maryclare worked with us to get a new landscape plan designed, and we updated the front of house and started getting positive comments on the new look! We were out of town on many occasions, and Maryclare went above and beyond what any typical real estate agent would do. She helped us with furniture deliveries, had flower pots made for the front porch, came to check on the house when a fire alarm went off while we were gone, and many other “extras” that were not expected. You would be in good hands by selecting Maryclare for your real estate needs … and she is highly recommended from our involvement and experience with her. She was a big help in getting our home sold in a timely and professional manner !
