Mary Beth Tribbitt is the best realtor I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She goes above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do. She looked at 3 houses for me, since I was moving from VA. She sold a prior property for me and I trusted her judgement as to what I would be happy moving into at my age. She and Dana always respond quickly to phone or internet messages. There is always a follow up call after settlement to insure that everything is good with the new property.
