Right from the very beginning I understood that Marybeth knew the market not only for Tampa but also for the Saint Pete area as well. She provided excellent communication before my arrival and had 11 pieces of property for me to see when she pick me up at the Saint Pete airport. Great communication skills, and very valuable knowledge of the local market there. She was very patient with me as I investigated each condo, offering advice only when asked. I felt her negotiation skills were unparalleled. I’ve invited many friends and family to come and buy a vacation or permanent home here in Saint Pete, and I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Marybeth to find their dream property as well! I would give the overall experience a 10 out of 10 with an A+.
