I found Marybeth by accident and was truly fortunate. I was in OR for only a few days and a realtor my daughter-in-law called could not show me a house on a Saturday as she had "other plans." We sat in the car and saw Marybeth's credentials. She was happy to change her plans to help me find a house. She was accommodating, helpful and very knowledgeable. I returned to PA and she helped me make an offer and walked me through the process of a long distance purchase with texts, emails and phone calls. Marybeth assisted us in the purchase of our first home in 2010. 12 years later, she was our first contact to sell our home. She continues to be incredibly easy to work with, is very knowledge, and makes you feel as if you're her only client because she's so attentive. When we needed repairs to sell, she was also great with referring us to contractors that were also a pleasure to work with.

Merging two farms together into one place that would fit my mom's needs and ours was a taunting experience for her and she had to sell both farms for us too! She succeeded with flying colors, a great attitude and lots of patience! She worked tirelessly for us trying to get every detail we asked for about a home we were interested in. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience but she isn't pushy at all. She gives you space to make your own decisions but is always available to give her opinion when asked.
