Maryanne sold our home in four days for MORE then asking price with several competing offers. She was extremely thorough in the process from start to finish and was always there when we needed assistance. She was able to negotiate extremely well with a difficult agent/buyer to ensure the sale went through smoothly. Maryanne gave us an estimate for sale price on our home and hit it out of the park.
