Maryanna is a solid performer and was easy to deal with in all matters. She understands her market and knows how to price real estate. She had the property sold within a week and priced the property perfectly. However, after the sale we received a thank you letter sent to my mother that had passed away (that is why we sold her house). This was a tasteless oversight that really upset our family. This, however, was not Maryanna's (her office sent the letter) fault but nonetheless it was part of the process.
