Mary Ann has a professional and courteous manner which facilitated the sale of our home. She is also a wonderful person to know and I would urge anyone needing a Realtors services to please contact her for guidance in Selling or Buying. Thank you so much Mary Ann. Sincerely, Allan C Wirkkala
We used Maryann to market and sell our home as well as a simultaneous close on another property. Both properties had their lists of difficult obstacles to overcome. She worked round the clock to make it happen. Not only is she professional, she is personal, upbeat, and doesn’t give up. We can’t thank her enough! Will recommend her to anyone who’s looking to buy or sell. 🖤
Maryann is the best Real Estate agent in our area without a doubt. She is very outgoing, warm & friendly and knows her job well. She was always willing to answer our many questions day or night whenever we needed her. She not only helped us find our dream home and made the process very easy, she then helped us in preparing our former home to sell and we sold it for our asking price in only 3 days and Maryann helped us every step of the way. She is a true professional and we recommend her to anyone who is looking for a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly agent.
Bith maryAnn and her husband are great they are kept us up to date with everything and were just great with dealing with my persistent mother that isnt so easy at times. I appreciate all that they have done and will definitely refer them or use them again. Thank you so much for everything you do.
After thorough review of my desires and my limits, MaryAnn kept me on course through the search process of looking for a home & selling ours at the same time. I most appreciated that she was graciously honest in keeping me focused & letting me know when I was over reaching to the point that it may have had a financial challenge later for us. Thought of my overall goal, my comfort zone, & didn’t try to “oversell” me. No ulterior motive on her part except to give me her best service. Caring, personable, exceptional in all areas.
Mary Ann and her team are amazing!!! They are very knowledgeable with the industry and gently guided us through the process. Despite a few fallen through deals, our pretty remote country home was sold! They are very well connected with contractors and always happy to provide feedback. Heck they even lent us a table saw thing to finish off the fireplace surround! Amazing people and have become friends.
MaryAnn's expertise guided me throughout the entire process, from my initial inquiry to the final sale. I had many questions every step of the way, which she patiently and quickly answered and was able to put my mind at ease. She listened to me and I trusted her--and it went as smoothly as it could! I am glad she was the one helping me through the sale of the home I loved.
We used MaryAnn for the sale of one home and the purchase of another. She and her husband, Brad, worked in tandem, starting with the preparation of the sale of our home long before we actually put it on the market. She was always available to answer all of our questions and to provide professional advice. And the pie that they provided from Costco as a thank you was an extra blessing! It is wonderful to be a part of their real estate family. Thank you, MaryAnn (and Brad).
We had an amazing experience with Mary Ann! We had a solid offer within 14 days. From day 1 to closing everything was handled so professionally and we could rely on her expertise as issues with our buyer presented challenges. Everything went smoothly and professionally because of her. You’re not just a client to her, she truly cares. We thought about selling on our own, but are so grateful we didn’t because through her guidance, everything went perfectly! We highly recommend her to anyone wanting a positive realtor experience!
