Buying a property in this market can be very frustrating. We went back and forth a couple of times on the deal. Maryann did a good job sharing information with me as the process unfolded. She took the time to come out to the property several times for inspections and walk throughs. The process was not enjoyable but Maryann did the heavy lifting to get the deal done in a difficult buyers market.
