Maryann sold a house for us in less than a month. We live out of the area and having someone with her knowledge of the local market was invaluable. She kept me up-to-date with texts, emails, and phone calls. Because this was my mother's house, there were some unforeseen issues that came up. But Maryann remained cool and calm (unlike me) and expertly guided us through the process. And she negotiated the list price for us! I can highly recommend Maryann Kelley.
