MaryAnn Buck

As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were very unfamiliar with the process and unsure of exactly what we were looking for. MaryAnn was very knowledgeable about each area throughout the twin cities and even anticipated many challenges that we might face with each area and house. Most importantly, she was very patient with us through the whole process and always took the extra time to make sure that we understood everything; she never made us feel as though we were wasting her time. When it finally came time to negotiate, there was no doubt that MaryAnn was in it for us and would work hard to get us exactly what we want. We are so delighted with our house (and the price). We know MaryAnn will continue to be a great resource to us and on everything from who to call for a broken appliance to the “in” colors! If we ever do move, MaryAnn will be our first choice. I am sure everyone would seem like a disappointment after our experience with her.
