Maryam and I have been working together for almost 10 years. I moved out of the state with 5 rentals. At first she handled re-renting and was a point of contact for the tenants. Maryam surpassed any expectations we had for a realtor who would helped us find a tenant for our house, Maryam went above and beyond. When tenants claimed to have 2 medium sized dogs, Maryam made an appointment to meet the dogs in person. The dogs turned out to be very large dogs and not medium as reported. Maryan helped us obtain a renters licence with the city of Somers Point by scheduling and attending the inspections. Maryam never tired of showing our place to prospective tentants.
