Maryam helped me to sell my house to a property developer and she was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She made the whole process pretty easy for me and was always available to answer my questions. She was thorough in chasing the various parties to get them to do their parts. When the buyer ran into some temporary funding problems she pushed them in an effort to get the problems resolved as soon as possible and it was clear that she had my best interests at heart. She also happens to be a nice person.
