I cannot recommend Maryam enough - she is patient, thoughtful, responsive, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. As a first time homebuyer, I could not have asked for a better realtor- truly.

Maryam showed us dozens of houses while giving us a thorough introduction to our new community in State College. We were continuously changing our parameters, and she adjusted effortlessly. She knew the market, she was always available (even when on vacation), she is pleasant, yet very professional, and she is honest. Even when we saw a much more expensive home we thought we might like, Maryam didn't hesitate to call with a less expensive home that she thought we might also like. That's how she always put us before her potential commission. She helped us negotiate more than one contract while being candid about our prospects and cautioning us if we were about to offer too much. When we finally got a contract accepted, Maryam guided us through inspections, deadlines, financing options, and workers who might be able to help with a few needed repairs. She made sure we understood the closing documents, and assured we had copies of everything. We could not have asked for a better agent.

A great experience! We were not prepared to buy a home when we met Maryam, but open to discussing options beyond rentals. The first place we saw was perfect, and Maryam was with us every step of the way in terms of helping us with the offer, lining up financing, going through inspections, and closing. (We really were not prepared, and she was very patient in breaking things down for us). Even after closing she's continued to help with references to local contractors, etc. A truly invaluable resource.
