In this very challenging time , I tried to sell an apartment in California while in lockdown in New York City due to COVID-19. She was referred to me and came highly recommended because of her professionalism. Mary worked very efficiently to get the deal done. She went above and beyond her professional responsibilities.

I am so grateful to Bruce Harrison for recommending Mary Young. She is hard-working, honest, resourceful, dependable, professional, knowledgeable ... all of the requisite qualities to close a sale (pretty quickly) under challenging circumstances. And, she is a delight to work with. She overcame the difficulties of selling during the pandemic for an 86 year old absentee owner who had not been in the apartment for over 5 years. A "friend" had stayed in the unit for several months and left it dirty and in disrepair. The management company was not cooperative and the on premise maintenance personnel are corrupt. Without getting into all of the details (which there were many) to satisfy the lender, comply with the HOA, etc., Mary knew how to solve every problem and took care of everything. I am a close friend of the owner so volunteered to manage the sale on his behalf. Mary did all the heavy lifting. I/we literally could not have completed a sale ... except for maybe a deeply discounted fire sale ... or extremely costly repairs, etc. My 86 year old friend is delighted by the outcome. He got a good price. It sold quickly. And, the buyer moved into a beautiful apartment at a fair price. We are so grateful to Mary. I recommend her highly without reservations. I have no doubt that she pleases all of her clients, regardless of whether they're buyers or sellers. She deserves 6 out of 5 stars!
