We had a wonderful experience with Mary Yoder as first time home buyers moving from Malibu, California to Akron, Ohio. Mary was highly responsive, proactive and understood our home needs immediately. I would like to say that we did talk to a few other agents over the past year, but non of them took the initiative that Mary did. This is why they didn't get our business and she did. One reason that we chose Mary is that she was proactive and immediately started scouting homes for us without us even asking her. From start to finish, first speaking with Mary to closing on our home was about 45 days. She's very efficient and effective! Will be talking to her again if we decide to purchase another property!
