I unfortunately, I’ve had eight orthopedic surgeries. She was so considerate my condition when she showed me properties. She always worked hard to meet my needs physically and financially. It has every amenity that I wanted It had a fireplace,the deck, eat in kitchen, pool, the attic was the entire length of the house My carpeis putting in a very serious new pulldown staircase with banisters extra lighting. and off fence around the stairwell and all my gymnastic equipment will be able to go in the attic. there are two full bands I have beautiful queen size bedroom, beautiful done with the queen size pull out Castro convertible, A gym in the attic that no one will know complete with Bluetooth music, I can get the work out, put the fire on hang out on the deck and being in in unit I only see wood no neighbors She worked out all the finances Purchase of the home, the mortgage, the HOA fees, the taxes all are covered by my Social Security alone I’m left with $1050 in disposable income I work four days from home, which is easy from there and two days in the pharmacy allows me another 3500 So I’m sitting pretty working six days a month, relaxing with the ability to make all my payments in my own lm the very Comfort that I wanted and $5500 in
