Mary Williams has sold 3 houses for me. She exhibits the ultimate professionalism but at the same time connects personally. She looks after both the buyer and seller’s best interest. It is the best experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. She is prompt, moves forward only when the timing is right and uses her network to our advantage while in the end getting an even better than expected price for the property every time. I will not use anyone else but Mary. I would like her to handle selling our business and estate. She is terrific. I am not a flipper or developer.
