As a first time home buyer, it was really nerve wrecking thinking about all the steps we needed to do. Working with Mary made the home buying process feel much better than what we anticipated going into this market. She first helped us by recommending a wonderful lender. Once we got pre approved she hit the ground running setting up a search for homes in our budget in the locations we wanted and sending us homes anytime they popped up (and even before they popped up); she even followed up via text and phone call to see if we saw a listing that she thought would be of extra interest to us. During the entire process Mary was available to answer any questions that my fiancé or I had. We requested to view quite a few homes and it never felt like we were an inconvenience, Mary always was adjusting her schedule around last second to show us homes. With how crazy the market is, we got cold feet about if we wanted to continue to search or wait to buy at another time and Mary was there to listen and help support whatever decision we made. Thankfully we decided to continue the search because we ended up buying a house we absolutely love. Between Mary and our lender, our closing process was quick and easy. Mary was great about keep us up to date about deadlines, sitting down with us and reviewing documents, and working through any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Mary to family and friends as well as do business with her in the future!
