Mary is so incredible at her job! We can't say enough how thankful we are to have had her on our side. She went above and beyond for us and now we have our first home together because of her.

I can tell you that I was probably not the easiest person to work with. But Mary has worked with me after moving to Western New York for the past 4+ years or so on finding the right home. From looking at homes myself, to looking at homes to start a family, it was a long process but her patience with me throughout the whole process was amazing. I'm not sure I would have stuck with me if the shoe was on the other foot. Mary made it very easy from start to finish and went above and beyond what she was responsible for as a buyers agent including the pre-qual process, mortgate questions, tax questions, etc. she was great to work with. I'm very happy that I was finally able to get a great home to start a family and I definitely "owed" her one for all the back and forth over the years. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and coming from a mother who's been a realtor for 20+ years back in Georgia, I can say if you choose Mary Wagner you will be more than pleased with the whole process.

Wish I could give 10 stars!! Mary is simply amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the house hunting process, answered all our questions with ease and knew exactly what to look for in every house that we saw. Very down to earth, very committed to finding the best home for us. Very communicative as well, always returned calls/texts/emails within minutes. Mary is extremely dedicated to finding you the perfect home, and I will never use anybody else again!!!

Mary Wagner isn't only very knowledgeable but, also truly has her customer's best interest. When you work with her, you can test assured that she is ON the job! She was very professional, yet personable. She is constantly giving reminders on what "to do's and not". We are happy and feel lucky that we came across her on our first home buying experience. Though a bit rocky, she was the one person that made it bearable. She is definitely our recommendation to all on future referrals! We love her!
