Mary Thomas is a very good communicator and she does what is needed to get the job done. We were out of town seller. Mary supervised contractors kept a close eye on the property and never gave up on a property that wasn't an easy sell. I highly recommend Mary, we appreciated the way she provided us with updates on the market and the viewings. If I were selling another property she would be the first person I would call.

Having been transferred out of town, I was not readily available for many parts of the home selling process. Mary went above and beyond to make the sale easy and seamless. She helped arrange the maintenance visits for heating and air conditioning checks prior to the home inspection and followed up on every detail.
