After only viewing two properties we had a really good feeling about this home and placed a strong offer that same day and it was accepted. The weeks following were very stressful due to the mortgage lender but Mary kept us grounded and updated with any developments as and when they happened. I truly believe that she went above and beyond in many aspects to help my wife and I get this house. Her knowledge and dependability was amazing. She was always available to call, email or text and would work behind the scenes proactively to help us along the way. Despite a international pandemic and stricter regulations she helped us acquire our first home and we couldn’t be happier with the house and her services. Worked with Mary for a few months all through the process of getting my home ready to sell to completing the sale and finding them buying my next one. It is a lengthy and sometimes stressful process. I found Mary to be very helpful on things I needed to fix and clean up and others that I didn't need to pay attention to. She was also helpful selling my house, giving me plenty of tips and guidance. The same holds true when I went looking for my next one, she was knowledgeable and saved us from buying into a HOA I didn't realize was so strict. I found her to be more than accommodating with questions and availability. I had plenty of questions, but she never acted annoyed. Mary is also a very nice person and she was a pleasure to work with.
