Amazing personality, extremely knowledgeable, and worked her butt off when there were a couple of snags with the HOA. She's also very well connected and called in a couple of contractor favors and I paid nothing. Mary and her cohort, Maria, were so much fun that I took them to dinner and we laughed for 90 minutes. She will always have an open invite to my retirement place in Myrtle Beach. Highly recommended !! Home sold quick and over asking price
My siblings and I were tasked with selling our childhood home after the passing of our mother. As much as we wanted to keep it in the family it just wasn't feasible. Enter Mary Sugita. Mary knew the comps to pull so we would have a realistic idea of what to list the house for and set up a very detailed timeline of how things would progress (which was spot on!). We had showings scheduled during the "Coming Soon" phase (which Mary said we would), with several offers within the first two days it went live (which she also said!). Mary was regularly in touch every step of the way, walking us through the entire process, leaving no question unanswered (and we were often cross-emailing her!). She was the utmost professional, not only with selling the home but with understanding what we were going through. Sensitive and caring as well as extremely knowledgeable...an unbeatable combination in our situation. Selling our home was bittersweet but the process was quick and painless. Mary Sugita is a very knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. She is professional and a good communicator. Mary met with my husband and I to discuss a strategy for selling our home, prior to listing. She prepared a marketing plan and told us what we might expect. Once our listing was active, we began to schedule showings (as they were requested). Mary provided excellent and timely suggestions on how to prepare for the showings and communicated with my husband and I on a regular basis. We received a few offers from Buyers within a couple of days and Mary helped us weigh the best option for us. Mary constantly went above and beyond to assist us in the selling process.
