Mary Stewart Heather S. Kaznoski

Mary and Heather provided outstanding service, which helped us find a house well suited to our needs, because they listened. Their patience and helpfulness did not end on the close date. Their detailed local knowledge helped us secure expert and well-respected workmen to do minor repairs and provice solid advice. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mary & Heather were very helpful to myself and my siblings when selling my mother’s home. Not knowing the first thing about selling a home, Mary & Heather were very knowledgeable as to the value of homes in the neighborhood, as well as pricing the home and when to list it. They were available to us when ever we needed them and were at all of the inspections to oversee every detail. When we ran into a problem in the home, they knew exactly who to talk to to get things taken care of for both the seller and the buyer. They truly care about their clients and we can’t say enough about how comfortable we were working with them!

Mary and Heather are very knowledgeable about the town of Marblehead. That's exactly what we wanted when we sold our beautiful one-of-a-kind home there. Marblehead is a truly unique seaside town with wonderful neighborhoods. Mary and Heather are experts on Marblehead, its real estate market, and the various neighborhoods. This is exactly what we wanted when selling our home.

My wife and I absolutely loved working with Mary Stewart and Heather S Kaznoski. They were recommended through family and from the moment we contacted them they guided us through the process of purchasing a home in Marblehead. We were both first time home buyers so they understood those challenges and were amazing at answering any questions we had during the process. Mary and Heather know everything about this area and talked us through the benefits of living in one part of town over the other. They never pushed us in one direction, but we could tell they knew exactly what we were looking for. When it came to negotiating our price they got us to a place we felt very comfortable with, and there was never a feeling of tension with the buyers. They handled the stress of it more than we did! Which was amazing since we were dealing with moving up from NYC and starting a new life / job. I would STRONGLY recommend working with them and I already have to multiple new families to the area!

We used Heather and Mary to see our first house then buy our current house. The market was really tough, but they did a great job showing us appropriate houses, and knowing quickly when new houses came on the market. The house they found us is perfect. They knew the process so well, the transaction went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them. They are a great team.
