She knows her job. She’s very comfortable with dealing with all aspects of real-estate. It was a ordeal to sell one house and buy another all in the same day but she handled it as if she does this several times a day. She made us feel very comfortable in this unique situation.

Mary was not just an excellent realtor but such a wonderful person. When my husband and I decided to sell our house within a few months, we hired her as our realtor who was recommended by one of our friends. She explained the detailed process of home sale to us. As busy as she was, she was willing to come to accompany me whenever workers were scheduled to install new kitchen appliances and countertops because I was nervous dealing with them by myself. She also brought her own shower curtains, bed comforters, beautiful framed signs to decorate each of our rooms to make the house more appealing. Thanks to her help, our house was under contract less than 24 hours after the house got listed. She is a kind of realtor who treats each of her clients like he/she is her only client. WOW!! Mrs. Mary made the sell of my past home and purchase of my new home such a pleasant experience. Mrs. Mary was not only extremely professional, but also very personable. She was concerned not only about me as the seller/buyer, but also concerned about my family (I have 3 lovely daughters). Mrs. Mary went above and beyond - just awesome. Even the follow-ups after my house sold and the purchase of my new house was and is amazing.
