Many locals recommended Mary Snow and I had know her for some years. We toured my cabin and she made some recommendations to prep the cabin for prospective buyers. Her subsequent MLS writeup was super. Drone pictures from many vantage points and evening ones were excellent! Mary kept us posted when prospectives were going to be visiting. Really fairly soon she brought my wife and I an offer - she and buyer's agent negotiated several points - all was done amicably and we were kept u-to-date at every point. After that Mary took care of arranging all inspections and repair work - the contractors she found were very talented and very interested in just how we wanted the work done - they were also willing to work overtime to meet our closing date. When we sell our home we will definitely work with Mary again!
