Many locals recommended Mary Snow and I had know her for some years. We toured my cabin and she made some recommendations to prep the cabin for prospective buyers. Her subsequent MLS writeup was super. Drone pictures from many vantage points and evening ones were excellent! Mary kept us posted when prospectives were going to be visiting. Really fairly soon she brought my wife and I an offer - she and buyer's agent negotiated several points - all was done amicably and we were kept u-to-date at every point. After that Mary took care of arranging all inspections and repair work - the contractors she found were very talented and very interested in just how we wanted the work done - they were also willing to work overtime to meet our closing date. When we sell our home we will definitely work with Mary again!

As we did not live in the house at that point and were several hours away, she kindly found for us invariably excellent handymen, painters, and more to get the work done in a timely and professional manner. She went over to the house many many times to meet with these workmen and check on the progress of all these projects over several months. She kept in close touch with me consistently. Once the house was ready, it became immediately clear how well she knows the local market as the house got an offer at full asking price within a few days of the listing going up!
