Mary Simpson

This woman should be nominated for sainthood after having us for clients for nearly 15 years!! She is the most kind, sensitive, caring woman, but is VERY businesslike and professional. She walks that fine line with great grace. NEVER did she say she was too busy to show us a house; she always responded to our emails and voice mails and texts, and did so in such a timely manner that she left us wondering if she ever slept! We KNOW her, however, to be a busy, busy woman: raising children, supporting church and community, and maintaining a happy marriage. It is always said that "If you want something done, ask the busiest person you know." And that is true of Mary! She is a beautiful steward of time. She really does seem too good to be true-- a Wonder Woman, but it is without even an iota of ego or self-importance, just true confidence in her abilities, serious negotiating skills, and hard-earned, always up-to-the-minute real estate knowledge in our area. She and her staff kept us updated on listings, showed us a gazillion houses and found us the PERFECT one! My husband and I count her now as a friend. and we never hesitate to recommend her. We value her opinion and her skills and what she knows, and we felt she understood, us completely-- our dreams and wishes and desires for a home, not just a house. And she never showed up for an appointment without a smile and a contagious laugh. I think we take some DNA, for the world needs to have her cloned!! I wish there were more than 5 stars---she deserves at least 4 times that!

We chose Mary Simpson as our realtor for several reasons. What first caught our attention is an article we read by Dave Ramsey stating that Mary was one of the 2 top real estate brokers in our area. We wanted to meet her and see if our personalities matched. And they did. Mary is on top of everything, she has a bubbling personality and the energy of 10 people. She was always available for questions or concerns and we had 2 offers in a short amount of time. She also has an outstanding staff who were there if we needed them. I would recommend Mary to anyone buying/selling a home. I wish we had more property to sell just so she could help us!
