A closing with complications

Mary was invaluable with the sale of this home. As a long-distance sale with me acting as POA for an infirm sibling, I was unable to be there for much of the time. There were a few challenges in completing this task promptly. Mary was extremely helpful with recommendations and acting as the on site point person. I am satified with the results and would recomend her for others seeking a realtor in the area.
