Mary was wonderful in both helping my husband and I find our new home as well as sell our existing. She provided suggestions based on our input, didn’t try to oversell, was responsive to all requests/ inquiry’s, and patient with all of our questions. In the end, there were several last minute concerns that came up with the sale of our place and she really helped us thru it. If we are ever going to move again, I would 100% use her! Oh, and the pictures she had done for our listing almost made me reconsider selling... but not really. She gave great feedback for us when asked but always was respectful and responsive to our decisions. I really can’t recommend her enough.
