Mary was not only good at returning calls or emails promptly but also pre-emptive, calling me with information before I expected it. She was totally flexible, explained the processes involved in simple terms, and made the entire sale a process that felt like a partnership: not an agent working for a commission. Here knowledge base move outside her immediate responsibilities too, since she has experience with appraisals and the escrow process as well.
