Mary was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Her professionalism and guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt supported every step of the way and would highly recommend Mary to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate agent.
My wife and I found Mary extremely easy to work with. She listened to exactly what we envisioned for having a second home at OCMD. She found a bunch of listings for us to look at, and we coordinated very easily to see everything on a particular weekend. Her personal insights into the different units were invaluable. She gave us different things to consider when making our decision, her follow up through texting and emails was very timely and she helped us with our negotiating. On the day of closing, she added her personal touch with some welcome gifts and was truly just as excited for us as we were to share this news of getting a place at the beach with our family. We consider her more than just our realtor, we certainly consider her our friend!
My husband and I met Mary through the internet last year. I was browsing for houses and we were on our way to Ocean City. Without even meeting me, she dropped everything she was doing and came to our first showing. She helped us get pre-approved and introduced us to a fabulous loan officer. She showed us numerous properties. She told us where to go and we’re not to go. She has treated us like family. I know she will be a part of our lives here on out. Mary went above and beyond to make our dream come true I can’t recommend her enough. She is absolutely amazing at everything she does. She is honest, caring, extremely trustworthy and kind that all goes a long way in my book. CALL her!
We were just starting to browse listings when Mary contacted us via the internet. It turned out to be one of the best things that could have happened for us. Mary has worked the OC market for years and knows her product up and down. She guided us in the direction we were looking but interjected many other options. She steered us away from several properties that appeared to be in our criteria but had issues we would have only known if we were very versed in the local market. We weren't an emotional buyer and took quite awhile to find what we were looking for. Mary guided us without pressure until the end and then did a great job on helping us through closing. Lastly like so many agents she didn't disappear after closing. I highly recommend interviewing her before selecting an agent.
Mary was great. She setup a portal for us to see properties that met our criteria. She was very responsive to our needs and could reach her almost anytime. Helped us navigate the buying process. Saw us through the whole process all the way through settlement.
