I contacted her about 2 months before I was ready to list my house and she was very professional in giving me key points on what was needed to have my house ready for showing and a market analysis for pricing. Once listed, she did all the professional marketing with online photos and staging each room so that it would be most appealing to all. Another impressive part was getting my house shown to all the realtors in the area for their potential buyers and handled all the showings. She kept in contact with me after each visitor and gave detailed feedback on everyone of them.
