I live out of state , and needed to get a home sold. Mary handled that transaction as smoothly as it could have been handled . A great job. Then , I had an issue with another property that she would have no financial interest in , but regardless, she dove in, got me information I needed, and that situation is on its way to being resolved. Bottom line, if you have real estate needs in the Boise area , she is outstanding .
Selling and buying in the market this fall was very challenging. Mary picked the right amount to offer and I was able to purchase a house in my budget, with the details I wanted. She has many connections in the industry that made the puchase and sale easy.
From start to finish Mary went above and beyond our expectations. She did her homework, priced our house competitively and maximized our money. She explained everything to us and made us feel she truly had our best interest at heart.
Mary has 1 property for sale and sold 7 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
