I picked Mary Pat Vasquez to sell my house because I saw her going through my neighborhood, door by door, promoting an open house she was having that weekend. I decided that anybody who would put that much effort into selling somebody's house is who I wanted. From the beginning of our process she was with us ever step of the way. Always kept me in the loop as to what was going on and always available to answer my questions. We had many open houses and she never made us feel that it was a burden to give up her weekend to do that. She offered many suggestions as to what would work and not work and was there to calm our fears when the selling process slowed down. If I was selling another house in Central Florida I would certainly utilize her services again.
