Mary walked us through everything from thinking about listing through the closing on the house we'd owned for 38 years. She identified what work would be beneficial to showcase the charm of the 150+ year old house, and found us someone to do it that we could afford (and did great work)! Mary helped weed through the offers and negotiate the most advantageous deal, and then held our hands through the inspection and closing process. Without such a thorough, helpful realtor, we never would have managed to get through the sale of this house with our sanity intact. I'd highly recommend Mary to any first time home seller particularly, but her knowledge of the process would help any buyer or seller.
