I’m 91, in an assisted living facility, and initially because of the pandemic restrictions, could not meet with Mary in person. My daughter, who has my 'power of attorney' had to do most of the signing of papers. But Mary kept both of us informed daily and helped us amass the information required. Her suggested selling price and time frame resulted in a sale in less than a week at the price we asked. A price higher than I would have asked on my own!
