So in the year 2020 my family and I decided to leave Southern California for all the regular reasons that the year 2020 brought us. I was lucky enough to have Mary Nguyen referred bye dear friend of mine a professor from USC. I was not disappointed. I had invited about five or six agents to come look at the house and have an initial contact, but when Mary Nguyen’s turn came up my mind was made. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.
