As a general rule I rather despise the values I see exhibited in the real estate industry while acknowledging their utility at times. Some of this is a reflection of our culture but the industry exacerbates it. Mary Newton brought her integrity to the process and offered unflinching advice that at times provided the seller (me) with needed course correction and at other times understood that there is a difference between maximum value and maximum price and that value was the greater concern for me. So if you are reading this to see who is THE BEST real estate agent, I think it begs the question, are THE BEST person. Find a good fit, that would be my advice. I would select Mary Newton again for real estate assistance.
Mary immediately recognized the full potential of our home in Sugar Hollow. Her knowledge of the neighborhood, and the value of the scenic views and river frontage allowed us to take advantage of the market conditions to get an excellent price for our home - well over our asking price. She has a great feel for when to wait patiently in the background (while we were getting the house ready to put on the market), and when to step on the gas to move the sale process forward. Her contacts with local contractors was a huge help in putting the finishing touches on the house. Mary is a realtor you and trust.
MARY has 2 properties for sale and sold 1 property in the last 12 months, showing 3, sorted by most recent activity
