We met Mary at a model home in Surfside Beach a few years ago and although that was only the first step of our process, we immediately knew that we had found the right agent. Mary and the team were so great! There was countless accommodations for my husband and I through the process. The team stayed available for us through the evening/night (when needed) and made sure we looked at every property we wanted to see and even helped us discover other properties that they thought we would be interested in. They definitely made it a lot easier for us first time home buyers! Also, they gave my husband and I the sweetest gift after closing.
I am from OH and wanted to purchase a home in SC. I googled realters and once I mentioned a 1031 exchange nobody wanted to take the time. I finally found Mary and she sent information right away. I went to SC and her son showed me houses for 3 days! I made an offer and bought the house. Mary put me at ease and made sure to walk me through every step of the way.
