A year ago I was a finicky buyer hunting for my forever home - and Mary Nack was my realtor. She knows the city, understood what I wanted; was patient and encouraging as we looked up and down the Lakefront, in and out of Lincoln Square. She wisely cheered me on with "it's there, we just have to find it." Finally we did find it, right there on the Lake Front! Mary recommended a lender who did due diligence for financial pre-approval, a father-son inspection duo, and an attorney who worried over the City’s 22.1 list. At last FHA agreed to bless the deal if we jumped through a few more hoops and I paid a few more fees. We did, I did, they did and we finally closed after Thanksgiving, thanks to Mary Nack and her team. Questions on fixing things came up and she made good practical suggestions and recommendations.
