A Million Stars Are Not Enough!

Never having prior experience selling a house, I had no idea what it would entail. As trustee of my parents' trust, I was tasked with selling their beautiful home at their deaths-an emotionally difficult duty to be sure. Before COVID and interest rate hikes, it may have been an entirely different experience, but between 2023 and 2024, it turned out to be a tremendous challenge.
