Mary and her team sold my house in 3 days! I had three realtors in the past selling the house and none of them succeeded over several months. Mary knows the market, the realtors in the area, and the strategy to get things done. Her team handled EVERYTHING before and after the sale including repairs needed, obtaining a COO from the county, etc. I had no worries throughout the process. They even worked out an arrangement with the new buyers to rent back to my tenants for a few weeks to allow them to move comfortably. I have never worked for an agency so full service and dedicated to the client. Hire no one else if you have a house to sell!
