After discussing listing price with a high profile lifelong local island realtor, who focuses mostly on luxury single family listings, I was distraught to hear our condo unit had not kept up with the market price appreciation of the condos around us in the Sanctuary over the past 4 years or so. Despite the market being a sellers market, we were told we would need more work to sell despite doing an extensive interior renovation. Mary was recommended by other owners in our association.
