She's been in this business for years (over 30), and it is evident by not only the way she handles herself, but her knowledge of local agencies, typical costs, processes, and negotiation tactics. She made this whole process (Buying and selling at the same time, with the same closing date), extremely easy. Despite having a few hiccups (a buyer's financing that fell through), she always had my back and instantly knew just the right thing to do to get the sale back on track and save both transactions. I cannot say enough positive things about Mary. Not only does she know what she is talking about, but she's extremely professional and an absolute joy to be around. You won't go wrong having her at your side!

When all is said and done she got my house sold in right around a month and saved me the hassle of having to be a long distance landlord. So to that I am very grateful, were there bumps along the way, yes, but the job got done. My only knock would be that she needs to vet her preferred contractor list a bit, tow of the three she sent me to prep my home for sell didn't follow through with what they where hired to do.
