This was my first experience selling a house. Mary Mentaberry came extremely highly recommended and she more than lived up to the recommendation. Mary is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. She not only works at one of the top firms in Reno, she has a very firm grasp of the current marketplace and was also able to recommend top-notch but reasonable vendors for us to use in order to get the house ready for sale. We do not live in the area which could have been a nightmare, but Mary helped us tremendously, making sure that vendors could get into the house and that all went seamlessly. In a very uncertain time, Mary was able to get us a very good offer on the house. All inspections went to plan and she again helped facilitating the the last repairs required through the escrow process. Mary made what could have been a very painful process, easy.
