Mary guided us brilliantly thru the whole process of selling a home, from 150 miles away. She understood the market and was able to help us achieve a better result than we thought possible. She went above and beyond to get the property ready to put on the market especially because I live in the Bay Area and my being in Chico to take care of things was not always possible.
